We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In order to receive a replacement, the defective or damaged item must be photographed and submitted to serendipityjewelsbylisa@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt. If the same item is still in stock, it will be replaced; if not, it will be replaced with an item of equal value.
